Huntington Center is professionally managed by an experienced Hines team dedicated to the day-to-day performance of the building. On-site property managers, engineers, and trusted third-party contractors work together to ensure all building systems operate reliably and efficiently. Through proactive maintenance programs, we deliver lasting quality, uninterrupted service, and prompt, courteous responses to tenant requests.
Our telephones are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a member of the Hines Property Management team. As a tenant of Huntington Center, you have direct access to Hines managers or engineers whenever conditions require.
The Huntington Center property management team is located in Suite 200 on the Gallery Level and is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
For additional support, courtesy staff associates are on site 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to assist tenants and visitors.
